The Art Gallery where anything could happen: Live Art Events, Spoken Word Events, Music Classes, Lectures, Art Workshops for Kids; a Clothing Store with only Local Brands, along with Handmade Jewelry and Book sales and Book Parties, West African Drum Class and Capoeria Angola!

LionLike MindState: the community way maker

Beginning in Chino, California with the heavy buzz of a premier venue for Poetry, providing free cookies and milk and regional Pride with the First Slam Team. Oh…and did with mention the Couches? Yup they had 70 large couches as seating. With Live Art at every Show and 25% of our proceeds going to Local Charities.

LionLike MindState moved to Pomona in 2010 for a short stay at the dA Center for the Arts. During this time, Judah 1 had his eyes set just across the street at a stand alone building no one bothered to take a second look at.

A year after moving to Pomona, Judah 1 walked his community across the Street to what would become thier new home, called Machine Pomona.

After 4 years and over 200 community events, Judah 1 closed the Gallery but the venue Saga of LionLike MindState Continued in Satellite and Pop Up form.

In 2018, LionLike MindState took bi- Monthly residence the LA County Fairplex for another Historic First for Poetry and the region.
